Biography

A graduate from the Dutch Film Academy, Derk-Jan Warrink launched Amsterdam-based Keplerfilm with longtime friend Koji Nelissen in 2016. He has co-produced such award-winning films as Alejandro Landes’ Monos and Omar El Zohairy’s Feathers. He also co-produced Mikko Myllylahti’s The Woodcutter Story which will premiere at the 61st Semaine de la Critique at Cannes. Derk-Jan will release Fleur van der Meulen’s debut feature Pink Moon in Tribeca in June 2022 and is in postproduction on Michiel ten Horn’s family film Hotel Sinestra.
