Biography

A co-founder of Don Films, Aleksi Hyvärinen produced and co-wrote Taneli Mustonen's 2016 hit horror film Lake Bodom as well as his latest feature, The Renovation, which became one of Finland's biggest ever openings before cinemas closed due to Covid-19. He co-produced Boris Khlebnikov's Arrythmia and Valery Todorovsky's forthcoming feature Hypnosis. Aleksi is now preparing the shoot of Mustonen's English-language horror film, The Twin, which he co-wrote.
