European Film Promotion (EFP) is delighted to be able to put a spotlight on 18 European titles among a long list of outstanding European films that are part of this year's line-up at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF, 7-17 September 2023).

18 national film promotion institutes and another eight world sales companies will be participating in the various TIFF promotion initiatives offered by EFP, including the EUROPE! UMBRELLA, in order to maximise exposure and visibility for their films at one of North America's most important festivals.

The EUROPE UMBRELLA! as a promotion base for all European films at TIFF is funded by the Creative Europe MEDIA Programme and the participating national film promotion institutes as well as by Eurimages, whose representatives will also be on site at the festival‘s Industry Centre.
