Following the announcement of Norwegian Film Institute's Diversity Action Plan, the discussion on the importance of implementing diversity in film productions will feature case studies from production, distribution, international film sales and television. The panel will explore successful, effective strategies from a variety of European countries and also focus on the different perspectives of the panelists. In addition, the discussion will address strategies and business models to monetise diversity, all the while paying heed to the needs of diverse talent, content, professionals and audiences alike.

The panelists are:

Maria Ekerhovd - Mer Film, Norway, producer of What Will People Say by Iram Haq
Anaïs Clanet – Wide House, France, world sales company

The discussion will be moderated by Nedin Mutic from the Norwegian Film Institute.
