EUROPE! GOES BUSAN at the Busan International Film Festival 2018

Festival director Jay Jeon personally welcomed the artistic delegation of EUROPE! GOES BUSAN at BIFF. With the support of EFP's (European Film Promotion) programme to promote European films to the Asian market a record number of 32 filmmakers and actors are presenting their films at the Busan International Film Festival. They will take part in a series of special events, including much intensified networking sessions for Asian and European filmmakers and a new cooperation between the Asian Project Market, EAVE TIES THAT BIND and EFP taking place over a five-day period. The activities are rounded off with a reception in honour of the film artists, which also welcomes the 33 European world sales companies, participating in EFP's EUROPE! UMBRELLA at the Asian Film Market as well as Asian buyers and other film professionals. EFP's activities at Busan are financially backed by the Creative Europe – MEDIA Programme of the European Union and the participating EFP member organisations.
