Summary

Bruno (Denis Moschitto) is a doctor but has lost his licence. Now he stitches wounds and cares for patients who prefer to remain hidden outside the system. When the lawyer Kreber (Anke Engelke) makes him an offer to treat a criminal suffering from leukaemia, his ambition is aroused. However, his decision to take on the treatment not only puts him between the fronts of organised crime, it also pits him against Giuli (Fahri Yardim), the husband of his sister Laura (Aenne Schwarz), who is an adversary of Bruno''s new patient. Thus, for Bruno, the line of his action becomes even narrower and the game even more dangerous - until things slip away from him.
