Summary

A car crash in slow motion, a love letter to a disappearing world.

The Lappish tundra. Dilapidated shipping containers and construction trailers are piled up into a shabby mining village, a source of tension between local reindeer herders and miners. The human intrigue is surrounded by a landscape, vast and barren as the sky.
Rupi, a tough young miner, estranged from his family of reindeer herders, is quietly in love with his friend's wife Riitta, who has also caught the eye of the owner of the mine, nicknamed The Fisherman. The two men are set on a collision course, but can Rupi be a match to a someone so powerful? And how does Riitta feel about all of that?
What can one do at all, under this endless and indifferent sky? Kill, kill, kill? Dance, dance, dance?
