Vibrant, lively, and bubbling over with ambition and passion, 25 producers from across Europe, who are currently pitching and discussing their latest projects at the Cannes Film Festival, all have one thing in common: having been selected as PRODUCERS ON THE MOVE by European Film Promotion’s member organisations, they all see themselves at the beginning of an international career and looking for partners for European co-productions.

The annual four-day event running from May 19 - 22 provides financing and networking opportunities to pitch projects to potential co-production partners and to discuss ideas with counterparts from across Europe. In addition, a promotional campaign during the festival in Cannes casts a spotlight on the producers and their films and raises the attention of the international film industry. Financial backing comes from the MEDIA Programme of the European Union and the participating member countries.
