Line-up of European Films at Toronto International Film Festival

More than 120 European films have been selected to be screened at this year's Toronto International Film Festival (10 – 17 September 2009), one of the most prestigious international film festivals in the world and a strong supporter of quality European cinema. The European line-up with additional information is now available here.

Several of EFP´s 2009 SHOOTING STARS can be seen on Toronto’s festival screens, such as Germany’s David Kross in Same Same But Different (Detlev Buck), British actress, Carey Mulligan in An Education (Lone Scherfig), Italian star, Alba Caterina  Rohrwacher in I Am Love (Luca Guadagnino), Hungarian newcomer, Orsi Tóth in Women Without Men(Shirin Neshat) and LOURDES (Jessica Hausner) as well as Verónica Echegui from Spain in Bunny & The Bull by Paul King.
