Summary

Winning awards in art direction in feature films such as Children of Secret and Shadow, NOT WORTH A FIG is Selda Çiçek's directing debut that she also wrote inspired from a real-life story set in Batman, Southeastern Turkey.
Observing one day in the life of a family from Mardin, this is the sad story of a young woman who is forcefully married to her sister's husband. Blaming herself for the death of his brother, Delal commits a suicide. Seven years after the incident, Heda, the younger sister of Delal and Celil, is married to her sister's husband and acts a new mother to her niece. In the meantime, Heda's mother Cemile is suffering depression, which no one has noticed.
