EFP at the American Film Market

Umbrella office for European sales agents and producers
2008 will be the tenth time EFP will run an umbrella
office for European sales agents and producers at the American Film
Market (AFM). Recognised as one of the most important international
film markets, the AFM hosts over 8000 film executives at its showcase
in Santa Monica, California, each November. The AFM also organises top
industry seminars and workshops which complement the screening of new
films from around the globe. Acknowledged as an important meeting point
for film professionals, EFP’s umbrella presence has made it possible
for more than 130 small and medium-sized European companies to attend
this prestigious event since 1998.
Event activities
• Administration of umbrella office for 20-25 European sales agents and producers
• Organisation of registration for participating companies
• Partial financial support for company registration
• Advertising campaign and on-line presentation of participating companies
• European Reception for European and US industry
